Yoga when practiced with mindfulness
and patience heightens the
experience from a mere body workout
to a total mind and body
rejuvenation. When practicing Yoga
always honor your body and its
limitations.

Wear non-restrictive,
comfortable clothing.

Please inform the teacher if you
have any injuries or health
conditions.

Yoga is practiced with bare
feet.

It is advisable not to eat 3-4
hours before a strenuous class.
A light fruit snack 1 1/2 - 2
hours prior to a less rigorous
class may feel ok.

It is
highly recommended that you
invest in your own personal yoga
mat, both for hygienic purposes
and your own comfort.

Please do not bring
cell phones in the yoga room!

Please be on time.
