Yoga Tips

Yoga when practiced with mindfulness and patience heightens the experience from a mere body workout to a total mind and body rejuvenation. When practicing Yoga always honor your body and its limitations.

  • Wear non-restrictive, comfortable clothing.

  • Please inform the teacher if you have any injuries or health conditions.

  • Yoga is practiced with bare feet.

  • It is advisable not to eat 3-4 hours before a strenuous class. A light fruit snack 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to a less rigorous class may feel ok.

  • It is highly recommended that you invest in your own personal yoga mat, both for hygienic purposes and your own comfort.

  • Please do not bring cell phones in the yoga room!

  • Please be on time.
